The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family. However, there were stairs leading up to it so we had to carry all of our stuff to the room. Also, the room has no black out curtains so 2 of the 3 rooms are very bright due to the parking lot lights and sun in the morning. Otherwise it was a great space!

We've stayed here several times, and would recommend. They are a newer facility (only a few years old), and still seems modern and updated. Staff is friendly and breakfast was really good.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. They even let us check in early. Our room was clean and smelled wonderful like fresh linen. The location is close to just about anything you want to do in Branson. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Amazing stay with a little true crime Branson edit
Excellent stay! The ladies that checked us in were super friendly and gave us a little history of Branson! Room 302 was wonderful even though it was right by the ice machine. Absolutely no complaints! Definitely will stay here again!!!

Such an amazing place to stay. The entire hotel was just amazing, lobby, rooms and pool was all so clean. Extremely easy check in and the staff so nice, friendly and so helpful. I would especially like to thank Taylor M and Joe K at the front desk. This will be our go to hotel every time we visit Branson.

We arrived and the staff has double booked several rooms. We made reservations a week before arriving and they had given our room away and assigned us to a room that was already occupied. We entered the room and it was full of someone else's belongings. The staff did not rectify the situation in a pleasing manner. They basically brushed it off and told us they didn't have a room for us. The place smelled of dog urine. They wanted us to take a room on the floor for people with animals. I'm allergic, and it smelled terrible. We had search for another place to stay. Terrible experience!!!
