Our room didnt have a shower curtain and come to find out, we weren't the only ones. Our door to get in the room looked like it had been punched numerous times. The keycard worked the first night and then it wouldnt work. Told the front desk to have the door looked at. Worked 1 time and then didnt work again. Had to have it looked at again. Sheets and towels had stains on them. Bathroom had an odd smell to it. Like a mixture of glue, paint, cleaner. DID NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE. I have stayed in cheaper hotels than this that offered a microwave. I think it should be standard issue.

The staff was extremely friendly, everything else was terrible. There was limited parking, the room smelled horrible when we arrived, the television was not working, the battery was going out in the smoke detector, so we were woken up to the chirping of the smoke detector.

Needs to be cleaned!
The lobby looks well taken care of and clean...don't let it fool you though. The rooms need major attention. The tub didn't drain when showering, I even checked the stopper. It's just clogged. The toilet had pee on the back of it. The carpets had stains that looked like marinara sauce. The top blanket on one of our beds had stains. They need to do major cleaning! The breakfast in the morning was mediocre. Hopefully, you don't mind not having any sort of meat. No bacon, sausage, or ham. Not even in the gravy. Very disappointed! Their location is perfect but the hotel is--not!

The room had laminate floor covering coming up and both outlets at the head board were falling out of the wall and could not be plugged into.

The property is older but has been updated. There are imperfections in the paint, flooring, etc; but overall we were only in the room to bathe and sleep and it served it’s purpose well for the price we paid. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We would be willing to stay here again.
