Disgusting
The toilet seat didn’t stay up due to being the wrong size. The towels were filthy and smelled of cigarettes. The AC unit was leaking on the wall causing mildew and mold on the carpet and wall. We refused to stay. I think I was bit by bugs on my hand and chest just from sitting on the bed. Nastiest place I have ever been.

Location didn’t look welcoming at all room was extremely dirty, didn’t spend my stay here and ended up canceling and going to an other location. At least the staff was helpful.

The pictures advertised on this site are completely different than the actual stay. This is a multi- property hotel; each building is ran down looking; the rooms are in disarray; missing furniture, and non- functioning door knobs! Upon arrival, hotel staff were NOT welcoming at all, and the first room my family was placed in was dirty , missing furniture, and a nasty moldy smell. We were told there is a pool however finding it was quite an ordeal; as the pool is in the second building that is as equally ran down, old looking and depressing. The pool area could also use improvement - as I entered the pool it seemed like the (pool) floors had been shellacked as I fell and hurt my knee! There was no phone in the room, no signage of the property to call front desk and calls to the front desk are futile as the GM - succinctly put it- there short staffed. There were no towels in the pool area and 1 call to front desk and a whole day later- NEVER received said towels or extra blanket/pillows. Traveler be ware when choosing this location - NOT AS PICTURED. My family and I have been to Branson before so we were only there for the activities however, if I was there To relax in a nice room that was not achievable.

The hotel room was okay, not the same as pictured. The building was just bought though, and everything hasn’t been converted yet from my understanding. The price was fair. Breakfast was good, all the kids enjoyed. The pool was nice, a tad cold but overall decent. Our only issue was the 2nd night we stayed, and that was with the people staying around us. We woke up to a large police presence in the middle of the night.

I had to switch rooms 3 times due to the tv not working. The first room the cable box was gone. Tha second room tv had no sound. All that stuff should have been checked when cleaning the room. Ready for next guess.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The electricity wasn’t working half the time. Our room smelled of weed. We stayed two nights and there was no house keeping. We went over for breakfast the first morning and they told us to come back in 10-15 minutes when they would have more food ready. We tried to call and talk to the front desk and the phone just kept ringing. It was terrible experience left and right. Photos of the property are not of the actual property but of the one next door.

You Get What You Pay For
There’s a reason the room was $49. It took me not 1, not 2, but 3 times to check into my room due the front desk not knowing if my room was clean or not not putting any effort into seeing if it was actually ready; they weren’t very confident when they told me to come back an hour later both times before my was finally ready. Then, there was the breakfast situation… Do yourself a favor and just go eat somewhere else. They barely had anything and I felt sorry for the guy making the food who had no help to keep up. All in all, not a good experience.

the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the hot water in the shower got hotter and hotter with no way to regulate the temperature. I'm not kidding. The phone in our room was dead, plugged it into the outlet, still dead. No way to call the front desk for a wake up call. Clock radio didn't work at all, got a different one from the front desk which also didn't work. This property must be buying up all the hotels around it because we were in an entirely separate building down the street (and across the highway) from where we checked in. Only one person at the front desk to check people in so, waited in line for 20 minutes. Again, the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Upon arrival to our room, we had a complete stranger walk in stating it was his room. The clerk had double booked our room. The room was filthy, had to call the front desk to have them turn on the hot water heater, causing us to miss the show we had planned for that night, and we found bed bugs in one of the beds. This was no where near Ramada quality.

Bed was sunken no hot water. Finally moved us to another room. It was ok table didn’t have a chair to sit at. Workers didn’t understand English couldn’t communicate with them. Asked for towels never got them. Eileen (?) lady at front desk was rude every time we dealt with her. We got in town at 2 stopped to see if possible to check in (most times you can). The minute I started to ask she said “3oclock”. Not any earlier. It was obvious that our room was done. They were not that crowded or booked. I booked with Ramada but they put us next door in a different one. Next morning after complaining about bed and water. She said that room wasn’t supposed to have been rented it wasn’t ready. They are redoing them and it wasn’t done. The next morning a lady was in breakfast area complaining and we found out they had put her in our old room. They left and went to a different hotel. They was always out of breakfast stuff. He couldn’t keep up and then said they were out for the day. Friday didn’t even have waffles at all. Sat gravy was so salty no one could eat it ran out of eggs by 8:15 he said that’s all the eggs he had breakfast served till 9:30 bad deal also out of milk another bad deal. The whole experience was HORRIBLE!! One lady asked for mgr and corporate mgrs name and Eileen wouldn’t give it to her. I was wanting it also. I feel we should get some sort of a refund for this bad experience C

Do not stay there.
It was 2 hotels that emrged. The hotel they put me in had NO service. I had to go to the other hotel for anything. We stayed 1 night and left. Of course i coild not cancle so had to pay for 2 days. People were going to their rooms to find they had not been cleaned. Doors would open etc. Horrible servis. Very unorganized! You had to arrange room service in advance if you wanted it.
