The 1 bed room condo was so nice, clean and well stocked with basic items in the kitchen. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. We plan to book with them again for another trip next year.

To get the less good bits out of the way... this place is older and the rooms are missing some amenities that most I think would consider standard. Lighting was limited to two desk lamps. And charging/power access was mostly a power strip under the bed. There was a table and chairs and an arm chair that we liked! But not a desk. The bed wasn't overly comfortable and if you're not watching you'll stub your toe on the hollywood frame. That said, the room was very clean and the staff were really nice! The location is perfect and near to most things you'd want to do in Branson! Also we really loved the pool and the relaxed atmosphere. There's also ping pong and foosball and corn hole near the pool area. So while the room itself isn't overflowing with amenities, the property amenities were pretty good. For the price and location and that pool, we'd stay again.

Our trip to see the eclipse turned into a Branson trip and the impromptu visit led to us needing a hotel asap and Hotels.com came to the rescue once again!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app! The hotel it suggested was AMAZING!! The staff was friendly and so great!!!

I absolutely loved the stay at Oak Ridge, we are already planning to stay again next summer. It was quiet, kids had their own space in the bedroom and i slept on the pull out couch, my only complaint is there was no pillows provided in the room for the pullout and I don't like to bother anyone to ask. They should have already been there with the sheets and blanket.

The property was ok. However I don’t like that I was deceived before booking. I went to the front desk and asked to be shown the exact room I was looking to book, the front desk attendant showed me the room it was to my standard so I booked. She asked if I wanted to be in same room I was shown I said yes. To my surprise when I came back to check in I was given a different room and told I got a good rate which it was a good rate due to my Expedia status discount, when I got to the new room I noticed that the room was not the same niceness not even the same type and it did not match the description that I booked on Expedia. Then when bright to the attention of front desk she told me there was nothing she could do about it!

Such a wonderdul surprise! We were not sure what we would be getting for such a great price. The hotel is right off the strip, and such a nice property! The lobby is lovely and the staff are excellent. We had a quick check in, they went over the rules, offered discounts on shows but didn't push any farther than letting us know whats available. The room was so nice, it smelled clean and the appliances for newer. I had an injury during our stay and the staff took great care of me and called or met us in the lobby every day we were there to make sure I was doing okay. We will definitely stay again.

Extremely friendly and professional staff and we felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. Atmosphere is welcoming. We got to see our room to confirm our stay. Room amenities, view, and atmosphere was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home.

The ladies at check-in were wonderful. Very nice and efficient. The room was decent but everything in it was old and worn out. The beds and pillows were uncomfortably. The microwave did not work. The worst was the towels. Very old, rough and thin. I have never been at any hotel where all linens are white with one pink/red wash cloth. The containers of shampoo and conditioner looked like they had been used by several people. The soap bar was cheap and rough on skin. Again the workers were very nice but the owners need to invest some money into this place just so that it is comfortable for their guest. I would not recommend staying here and we will not be returning to this hotel.

Staff very attentive and friendly, meant any means we had. room was great but dated, bathroom too small, vanity so small could only old a tooth brush and tooth paste, other than that the stay was fantastic, would stay again
