Lovely little hotel
Overall very happy with this hotel. Stayed there 3 times already, always the same type of room, family 3rd floor. Checked in both ways in reception and on the machine, both easy to do. Very clean every time we went, lovely breakfast in the morning Lots of car parking spaces. Next to McDonald's KFC and Burger King And free wi-fi on the room Pets welcome

Nice modern hotel
Very comfortable stay. Walked about 2km to a great restaurant. Right next to McDonalds for easy breakfast and coffee.

Very good room. Great breakfast. Easy parking. Pleasant, helpful, friendly staff. Room had upstairs and the upstairs beds weren't made up but downstairs were not.

Great hotel, very close to freeway, super clean and easy to use even after hours without any staff - electronic check in, super simple. We stayed in the family room which had 4 beds total, 2 of them on a loft within the room, pretty cool. :)

Needs improvement.
Comfy affordable room... but felt like a deep clean was needed. Lots of dust and fluff on the stairs up to the kids sleep area. Very very slow check in. No queue, just really slow... no explanation why... also the drain on the shower was blocked... this then caused a huge leak in the bathroom. Have used this chain a number of occasions. This one let the team down.

Stop over
One night stop over on way to Poland from Scotland. East to find just off motorway. Plenty fast food outlets in walking distance but restaurants closed due to COVID. Good value for money and lovely continental breakfast with good choice. Would use this chain again.

Insomma….
Giro l’Europa abitualmente e gli hotel della catena B&B sono un punto fermo per me, ma questo a Braunshweigh è stato una vera delusione. Arrivo di notte, il check in automatico non va e ci troviamo in sei persone fuori al freddo a provare di entrare. Finalmente riusciamo non si sa come a sbloccare, arrivo in camera e, oltre ai rattoppi al muro non tinteggiati, ma vabbè, la camera odora di fumo. Finestra spalancata con freddo polare. Infine, la camera non è stata rifatta ( sono rimasta due notti). Detto questo, unica nota positiva, comunque letto comodo e camera al mio arrivo, pulita.
