Capella - Hot Tub* | Swimming Pool | Near Beach

Capella is truly special. The property features not only a hot tub but also a swimming pool, providing hours of fun and relaxation for you and your loved ones. The cinema room with multi-coloured lighting, large smart TV, and three massage chairs offers the perfect spot for cozy movie nights. Plus, there's a large fridge just steps away to keep those cold drinks close at hand. Within the cinema room there is a sofa bed, suitable for one adult (only available upon request).

Experience audio perfection with our Sonos systems, both in the living room and the dedicated cinema room. Connect to the Sonos speakers effortlessly through popular music apps like Spotify. Stream your favorite playlists, discover new artists, and dance to the rhythm of your family's chosen beats. At Capella, not only will you make incredible memories, but the moments will be enhanced by the power of music.

Capella has been meticulously furnished by an interior designer, ensuring a stylish and comfortable stay. You'll find storage space for bikes, kayaks, and surfboards in the garage, as well as an outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. This newly built property (completed in 2023) spans three floors, offering modern and spacious accommodation. The large rooms provide plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Located just a short walk from the beach, Capella is ideally situated for enjoying sun, sand, and surf. The property is part of a small development of four houses, with one nearing completion. While there may be some noise during the day, rest assured that it will be kept to a minimum as most of the work has now moved inside the property.

Living/Dining/Cooking
On the first floor, you'll find the modern and open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. The lounge is furnished to an extremely high standard (2023) and features a wall-mounted smart TV. Guests can log into their own accounts for iPlayer, Netflix, or their Prime account. The seating area comfortably accommodates nine people.

Bifold doors lead from the lounge to a large balcony with outdoor weather proof furniture and a connected outdoor staircase to garden, swimming pool and hot tub. There's also a second smaller balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the dunes. The dining area seats nine people and leads into the well-equipped and modern kitchen, complete with integrated oven and microwave. A large larder/utility room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Sleeping
Capella offers four spacious bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, spread across two floors.

The master bedroom, located on the top floor, is both spacious and flooded with natural light. It features a king-size bed and a large modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bath.

Bedroom 2, also on the top floor, offers a super king-size bed that can be split into twin beds upon request. It has its own en-suite with a shower, WC, and hand basin.

On the ground floor, you'll find Bedrooms 3 and 4, both with super king-size beds that can be split into twin beds upon request. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room, and Bedroom 4 has French doors leading to the swimming pool area at the rear of the house.

For larger groups, there's the option to accommodate one adult in the cinema room with a sofa bed. Please note that the sofa bed is only available upon request.

Bathing
Capella offers a total of four bathrooms. The main family bathroom, located on the ground floor, features a contemporary design with a bath and overhead shower, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail. Additionally, there are three en-suite bathrooms: one off Bedroom 3 on the ground floor and two off the bedrooms located on the top floor. There is also a outdoor hot shower for rinsing off before using the pool & hot tub and when returning from the beach.

Outside
Step outside into the rear paved garden, where you'll discover a fantastic swimming pool (1.2m deep throughout) surrounded by a glass divider. The pool area has underwater and pool surround night time lighting for those that can't resist an evening swim and the large hot tub has enough jets for everyone to enjoy! It's the perfect oasis for relaxation and leisure.Additionally, a coal BBQ is provided for your enjoyment.

At the front of the property, there is private parking available for up to four vehicles (dependent on vehicle size), along with an EV charge point (charges apply, cables not provided).

Good to Know
For your peace of mind, please note that security cameras are in operation at the front of the property, along with a Ring Doorbell. All footage is deleted after 21 days.
Due to severe pet allergies it is not possible to accept any pets at the property, under any circumstances.

Here are some additional details to enhance your stay at Capella:

Wi-Fi, bed linen, and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge.
The beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away, as is the village.
The hot tub is available but must be booked in advance for a fee of £200 per 7 nights/short stay.
The swimming pool is available for use at your own risk, and children must be supervised. (pool only available from Easter to the end of October)
EV charging is available (charges apply, charging leads not provided).
The cinema room has an air filtration system.
The sofa in the cinema room accommodates the 9th guest (this must be booked in advance).
A highchair is provided free of charge.
A travel cot is available free of charge (please note that linen and bedding are not provided).
No stairgates provided.
The outside pool is seasonal and will be available from Easter to the end of October each year.

Bedroom 3: Located on the ground floor, this room offers a zip and link bed with an en-suite bathroom. The bed can be made into either a twin or super king-size bed. (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: Also on the ground floor, this room features a zip and link bed that can be made into either a twin or super king-size bed. (sleeps 2)
Sofa bed (in the cinema room - no window but with air filtration system): This small double sofa bed is available upon request and can sleep one guest. (sleeps 1) - available upon request

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

There is a refundable security deposit of £500 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
