Fully Renovated Mountain Modern Gem - Walk to the lifts!

Welcome to the ultimate Breckenridge getaway! This beautifully modern condo has so much to offer. Conveniently located within a short walk to Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift as well as downtown shops/restaurants/bars. This condo sleeps up to eight guests, so there is plenty of space for the whole family.

Motherlode A5 is a 1000 sq. ft. condo, with a full kitchen, dining area and two bedrooms and bathrooms. When you enter the condo, you'll notice ski lockers to store all your gear your left. The entryway opens up to the beautifully decorated living room with gas fireplace and dining area. Relax on the cozy couch and watch the snow fall as you cozy up to a warm fire. The dining table has seating for six, so you can enjoy a home cooked meal, prepared in the fully remodeled kitchen. Just past the dining table is the private covered balcony.

Down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a TV and clothing storage. In the hall is the second full bathroom. The condo also has a washer and dryer for you to use. Condo amenities include multiple hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool. There's free parking and ski shuttle pick up nearby. This condo has everything you'll need for a fabulous summer or winter vacation!

Pool/Spa hours vary during the summer/winter season and we can not guarantee hours/availability as it is at the discretion of the resort.

Great apartment in Breckenridge
This place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Breckenridge. It’s a short walk from town and everything you need. The place is clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub area was a perfect end to a day of taking in all the activities in the area.

Location was amazing! Pool and hot tub were great! Kitchen had everything you need and primary shower was luxurious! On the down side, you hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs neighbors. Very annoying to hear even footsteps, major problem in the living area but can hear from bedrooms. Dryer doesn’t work. No dresser in primary bedroom.

Property was really nice and had great access to the downtown area as well as mountain trails and ski access (no skiing in July). Unfortunately, the tenants above us were extremely loud and were nocturnal. They made noise from about 10 pm to 1 or 2AM each night we were there. One early morning around 3am, the living room was filled with the scent of marijuana. We understand its legal there, but we don't have to like it. The property was great, but I would likely not stay here again given the amount of noise and smoke smell that came from the tenant above.

Great Stay
I appreciate when the pics, truly mirror the place they portray. Really nice place and very short walk to the hill. The pool and hot tubs were also open. I also want to say the mgt company was very responsive, as we needed a couple of extra towels. I would definitely stay there again.

Motherlode in Breck
Overall, the stay was great. The unit is walkable to the Village and Main Street and the QuickSilver Chair. It was evident that the unit has been recently renovated with new appliances and has a modern ski lodge feel. Alas, the fireplace wasn't working and we had trouble with the Dryer in the unit but the property managers were very communicative and helpful as we sought to resolved these issues. I would highly recommend the unit.
