This ground-level beauty’s giant deck is directly on the Four O’Clock ski run/hiking trail in a lovely, old-growth forest with massive trees and fabulous new deck furniture!

Roll out of bed and into your skis. This true ski-in/out is perfect! Located on the 4 O'Clock Run (green), just hop onto the slope and ski down to the lift. Ski-in for lunch! The shuttle is also so close if you want to check out Main Street aprés ski.

This is a generous, 1124 square foot 2 bedroom condo in one of the most desired buildings in Breck. It has the rarest amenities (elevator, true ski in-out, in-unit laundry) that make this unit an especially great choice for parties with young kiddos, elderly folks, or those who appreciate convenience when traveling! We only got to stay at this house a couple of hours before plumbing issues forced us to pack up and go somewhere else. It was okay because they found us another place. That was after several phone calls to get to the right person. Other place was very nice. It was disappointing though because we really wanted this place because of limited stairs and living quarters all on one level. This next place was all stairs. It was difficult because my husband has had 3 knee replacements. All in all worked out I guess. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding so definitely the added stress made things tricky. All worked out I guess

Awesome Stay!
From the moment I booked this was the most pleasant experience. The condo was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Very clean with a nice garage to park my truck in. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night, yet not far from downtown Breck. When I’m back in Breck next summer I will definitely try to book the same place!! Highly recommend!!

We had a great summer family get away to Breckenridge! The condo is very clean and very spacious for our family of 5! Kids loved the bunk room and pool/hot tub. Many great hiking trails near the property we were able to walk to and go! Our patio was closed during our stay and the hair dryers so not work, otherwise it was perfect!

The best afternoon was also the afternoon that the patio was being refurbished with sanders that made it impossible to prepare our evening meal. They worked till 630 because of daylight! We have appreciated a note or message to realign our vacation’s menu!

True Ski In/Ski Out Vacation Home
One of the most convenient ski in/ski out vacation homes I have visited. Could either step out on the back deck and go down 6 steps to get to slopes OR go out the front door, ride the elevator to ground floor and step down ONE step to get to slopes. Apartment very well appointed with enough wall pegs for my family of 6 to hold skis, poles and jackets with plastic trays for boots. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Complex also had a small indoor pool and an indoor as well as an outdoor hot tub which we used almost daily for apres ski. We did get lucky with snow. I think we got 12-14 inches while we were there. All trails and lifts were open all week save closures for high winds and once for lightning (a first for me)!

Perfect condo for a family ski week. Condo is very nice and as shown. Ski access right off the patio is outstanding. Great to be able to ski right to the door for Lunch and back out again. Close to town too.

True Ski In/Ski Out!!
Many properties claim to be “ski in/ski/out” but the descriptions clarify “short walks” (often hundreds of yards). THANKFULLY, this property is legit! The Four O’Clock slopes is at the bottom of the steps off of the deck! It is also comfortable, well-appointed, and has terrific parking under the condo! We look forward to returning!

The best!! Awesome place and location
Stayed 1/4/24 thru 1/10/24. Hands down best location to ski in and out. Close to town also! Beautiful accommodations, well furnished , clean, warm , ….hot tub was very close and hardly ever had anyone in it. Garage and outdoor parking was good. Garage had enough height to accommodate the F150 pickup truck we were driving. Beautiful sunrise across the road each morning. Quiet neighborhood. Would DEFINITELY want this rental again if we came back. A big thanks to our hosts!!

Being on main level, you can walk off back deck to 4 o’clock run. You do have to ski down to bottom and walk across a small road to get to Snowflake chair. Comfy seating was great. Twin over full bunk with additional twin in second bedroom was great. There was even an extra table perfect for a puzzle! Very comfortable for our family of 5 (youngest was 17).

Clean and comfortable accommodations with a rustic feel. Nicely decorated ground level condo with a large deck that steps right on to the 4 o’clock run. Begin and end your day from your back door. No bus rides needed. Would definitely stay again in this updated and well kept condo.

Fall Break
We stayed at this beautiful property during fall break. We had a great time! We did a lot of hikes one of being Quandary as well as taking a drive on Boreas Pass and finding a quick hike to view the beautiful countryside. Sandy and her team couldn’t have made things any easier and it was such a relaxing trip. Close to main town and we enjoyed evenings walking Around Breck as well as enjoyed the pool And hot tub at night. We will definitely be back! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Our condo was very roomy and clean, and one of the best places that we have stayed in Breckenridge. I would definitely stay here again. We used the outdoor hot tub at night and the fireplace in the mornings and really enjoyed our view.
