Relaxing country vacation in beautiful surroundings

Hopefully, our apartment offers you a wonderful break from everyday life, in the middle of the countryside and not far from the famous source lake (bathing lakes 1 km away). The apartment is almost 45 square meters and offers a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet (towels included), a bedroom with two beds, a large closet and a small desk. Furthermore, you can cook and dine in peace in the large eat-in kitchen with dining area (4 chairs). In addition, max. two children can sleep on the sofa bed (140 * 190).

As a small environmental bonus, we also offer the whole thing CO2-neutral. Our central ventilation system ensures sufficient fresh air and a healthy indoor climate (ideal for allergy sufferers!). In addition to our own beekeeping, you can marvel at the rare animal breeds that live here on our farm: the East Frisian seagull (chicken), the Mechelner (chicken), the Diepholzer goose and the German laying goose are all animals on the red list that we have here breed. Furthermore, in summer a 1.5 hectare sea of flowers blooms directly next to the farm on the specially created, sustainable flowering area ... Enjoy the surroundings near the Teufelsmoor, or swim in the beautiful spring lake right next door ... Regardless of whether you like cycling or prefer long walks, inline skating or just want to stay in the yard ... there's something for relaxation and wellbeing!

Beautiful, quiet, clean retreat
Arne and Heiko were very accommodating hosts at their lovely, self-sustainable farm. The apartment was perfect for a family of four with immaculately clean furnishings and appliances. We loved the quiet location close to Bremen. Very close to Worpswede as well. We highly recommend this apartment.

Wunderschöner Hof mit sehr netten Gastgebern!
Mein Aufenthalt war super! Netter Empfang durch die Vermieter, direkt Hilfe mit dem Fahrrad bekommen, einen netten Willkommensgruß in der blitzeblanken Wohnung vorgefunden und auf wirklich guten Matratzen geschlafen. Alles super unkompliziert! Außerdem gibt es leckeren hofeigenen Honig und leckeres Obst direkt vom Baum. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert. Ich habe meine 6 Tage sehr angenehm verbracht und komme gerne wieder. 5 ⭐️

Wir waren total begeistert von der Wohnung und unseren Gastgebern. Die Ruhe, die Natur, die liebevolle und top-gepflegte, moderne Einrichtung waren einfach herrlich. Wir waren 2 Wochen mit Fahrrädern vor Ort. Super Möglichkeiten für Touren in allen Längen. Die Lage des Objekts ist ruhig, die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier gut erholt, auch wegen der beiden lieben Hunde. Viele sehenswerte Orte in erreichbarer Nähe, z.B. Bremen und Walsrode. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben einen Ausgangspunkt für einen Stadtbesuch in Bremen gesucht und ein kleines Paradies gefunden. Sehr nette Inhaber mit einer tollen Öko-Idee, eine nette, kleine und sehr saubere Wohnung. Freilaufende Tiere auf dem Hof, die von 2 sehr lieben Herdenschutzhunden bewacht werden und die sich mit unserem Hund auf Anhieb verstanden haben - eine tolle Erfahrung und ein echtes Erlebnis.Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Saubere Unterkunft auf einem Landhof
Netter Empfang, sehr saubere Wohnung, angenehme Innentemperatur trotz heißer Außentemperatur, Hunde, die man ständig kraulen darf, Hühner und Enten, die uns begrüßt haben, angenehme Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Der Wohnzimmerbereich ist zu klein. Aber am Küchentisch kann man auch spielen, lesen, puzzlen etc. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, dafür aber qualitativ hochwertig.

Super Hof, schöne Lage! Klasse Vermieter!
Super saubere Ferienwohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet war! Wir waren mit einem Kind (4) dort, die Tiere sind super - die Hunde sehr kinderlieb und streichel- und kuschelbedürftig! :-) Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sympathisch, standen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, unser kleiner Gast durfte auch die Tiere mitfüttern. :-) Frische Eier und Honig vom eigenen Hof gab es auch. Kurz gesagt: Es war ein rundherum gelungerer Urlaub und wir können diesen Hof absolut weiterempfehlen!

Ganz toller Hof mit sehr netten Vermietern. Wohnung hervorragend, sehr sauber, gemütlich und alles da was man braucht 😊 Den Tieren zuzuschauen hat soviel Spaß gemacht, man konnte richtig vom Alltag abschalten. Nicht zu vergessen Hofhund Sam, er fehlt mir richtig 😕 Also alles in allem ein schönes Urlaubsziel, sehr zu empfehlen!!! Hoffe dass ich irgendwann wieder kommen kann 😊

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på den lille gård i Hülseberg nærOsterholz-Scharmbeck. Fin størrelse lejlighed med en lidt alternativ grundplan. Pænt rent og venlige, imødekommende værter der "brænder for" deres biavl, høns, ænder og andre dyr, som man kan følge på tæt hold.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Die Lage war schön ruhig und die Tiere waren das Highlight. A nice holiday home in an interesting region.
This is a very comfortable separate part of the house of the owners. The artist village Worpswede is at a short distance. The landscape is interesting (the moors). We enjoyed the young ducks and gooses around the house.
