Our loving and modern furnished apartment on the second floor of a quiet apartment building has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the Waterkant in Bremerhaven.

In addition to the spacious living room with dining area and sofa-bed, our newly renovated apartment has a cozy bedroom with double bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a refurbished bathroom with shower and toilet. The balcony with South location is accessible from the living room and the kitchen.

From the living room and bedroom oriented towards the Geeste, which flows through Bremerhaven. Bremerhaven attractions such as the Emigration Center, the viewing platform "Sail City", the Maritime Museum and the pedestrian area are within walking distance.

A week in Bremerhaven
A comfortable, well equipped and immaculate apartment (don't be put off by the outside of the building - the apartment is much nicer!). Just a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and museums. We also took the convenient train to Bremen and Cuxhaven on days out. Only one minor niggle - the wifi is slow!

Moderne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines alten, in die Jahre gekommenen Hochhauses mitten in Bremerhaven, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone und dem Klimahaus entfernt. Sie ist sehr sauber und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, mit allem Drum und Dran, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Allerdings fehlte wie auf den Fotos abgebildet ein Tisch auf dem Balkon und die Couchgarnitur im Wohnzimmer ist schon ziemlich durchgesessen. Dass sich bei einem Bett auch schon einige Latten aus dem Lattenrost am Fußende gelöst hatten, haben wir erst am letzten Abend gemerkt. Außerdem war die Toilettenspülung nicht in Ordnung, aber darauf hatte uns die freundliche Vermieterin schon beim Check-In hingewiesen. Das war aber alles noch ganz ok. Für uns war es nicht so angenehm, dass das Haus gerade renoviert wurde. Darauf hätte man uns im Vorfeld hinweisen müssen. An den ersten beiden Tagen war der Fahrstuhl nicht in Betrieb und deshalb mussten wir unser gesamtes Gepäck die Treppe hochschleppen. Am zweiten Tag wurden wir dann auch pünktlich um 8:00 Uhr von Bohrmaschinen und Hammerschlägen geweckt.

Gemütliche Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und die Lage ist perfekt, in wenigen Minuten ist man in der City und an den Museen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, optisch ist es kein Highlight, die ganze Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief pünktlich und problemlos. Auf die Problematik mit dem heißen Duschwasser wurde hingewiesen. Aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten ist es im Bad sehr warm. Kleines Manko: unterm Ess- und Couchtisch lagen noch die Frühstücks- und Knabber-Krümel der Vorgänger. Ansonsten war alles sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Zentrale Lage
Wir haben viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen können. Unser Aufenthalt war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man findet alkes, was zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man Bremerhaven kennenlernen möchte.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem älteren , aber gepflegten Hochhaus in der 2. Etage (Blick aus der 12. Etage ist sehr zu empfehlen). Die Wohnung ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und es fehlte an nichts, ebenso war der Kontakt zum Vermieter bestens. So hat Herr Wegwerth uns ein früheres Einchecken ermöglicht sowie die defekte Kaffeemaschine umgehend ausgetauscht. Parken war problemlos hinter dem Haus mit Bescheinigung kostenlos möglich . Bis zum Zentrum und zum Hafengebiet ist es ein Katzensprung, ebenso zu den Haltestellen des Nahverkehrs. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre nur, dass in diesem Haus keinerlei Wert auf Mülltrennung gelegt wird, gelbe Tonnen haben wir keine gefunden und eine Papiertonne haben wir vom Nachbargrundstück genutzt. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlcharakter 1+
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt! Die Parkplatzsituation ist der einzige Mangel. Bremerhaven hat viele schöne Ecken die entdeckt werden wollen. Wer gerne shoppen geht, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Den Vermieter können wir bedingungslos weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit einer (für uns) großen Einschränkung
Die hier vorhandenen Bewertungen für die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter kann ich nur bestätigen. Ebenfalls die zur Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung. Nach Klärung der Parksituation, falls kein Platz am Hause ist, Tagesticket Parkstreifen 4€ ist in Ordnung. Leider war bei unserem gesamten Aufenthalt die Wohnung sehr warm. (Räume >23° Bad >27°) Dieses ist durch die auf der Wand liegenden Heizungsrohre in den Zimmern bedingt. Im Bad verlaufen wohl Heizungs- und/oder Heisswasserrohre hinter einer Wand. Dieses wirkte wie eine Flächenheizung. Daher war der Aufenthalt für uns leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprechend.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
So wie auch andere berichteten, ist das Haus schon etwas älter. Aber die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr, sehr sauber, schön hell und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

Zentrale Lage
Die Lage ist sehr zentral ,nur ein paar Gehminuten zur Fußgängerzone .Die Wohnung liegt in einen veralteten Hochhauskomplex und war in Ordnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet,es waren sehr viele kleine Details vorhanden. Leider war sie nicht hochwertig eingerichtet, der Türgriff zum Balkon muß vorsichtig behandelt werden, ansonsten hat man ihn der Hand und beim Duschen besteht verbrennungsgefahr ,die Amatur wird extrem heiß.
