Our property boasts a swimmable beach, private dock, fire pit, and a shared hot tub, making it an ideal retreat for water enthusiasts. You'll also find a top-notch spa, pub, and restaurant just a stone's throw away, providing you with a taste of local luxury.

Local Attractions:
A short drive or bike ride takes you to charming local shops, a bakery, a grocery store, and the world-renowned Butchart Gardens. Explore the bay with our complimentary kayak and paddleboard, spotting wildlife and discovering hidden beaches along the way. Whether you arrive by boat, car, or bike, we offer convenient parking for all three options. Plus, a bus stop within walking distance makes getting around a breeze.

Suite Features:
Our private suite features a separate entrance, a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area for six, indoor and outdoor seating options, and a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Need additional sleeping space? There's a queen Murphy bed for your convenience. Enjoy the luxury of in-suite laundry, an outdoor patio with a BBQ, and a deck just steps from the ocean.

Shared Amenities:
Take advantage of the shared hot tub, offering a perfect spot to unwind while overlooking the ocean. An adjacent two-bedroom suite with an adjoining door is also available, allowing you to create a spacious three-bedroom accommodation if needed.

Important Note:
Please be aware that our suite is situated on the lower, water-facing side of the house, accessible via a sloped driveway and several stairs. While railings are in place, it may pose challenges for guests with mobility concerns.

Waterfront Activities:
Relax on your private deck and watch boats come and go or grab one of our sit-on-top kayaks or stand-up paddleboards for an adventure on the water. Drop a fishing line or crab trap off our 200-foot private dock, perfect for catching BC Spot Prawns or simply enjoying a swim in the bay during the summer months.

Sunset Delights:
Savor stunning sunsets from our hot tub or gather around the 90-year-old stone outdoor fireplace right by the water. On Saturday nights throughout the summer, catch the Butchart Gardens fireworks display from the end of our 200-foot dock. There's even a swim ladder for those brave enough to take a dip!
