Space, privacy, AC, and spectacular views right in the heart of Bretton Woods! If that's what you're looking for, look no further. Located in the Mount Washington Homes section of Bretton Woods, less than a mile from the fabled Mount Washington Hotel, this custom-built single-family home sits on a hillside facing the ski slope, with spectacular views of the trails. With an open concept floor plan, the kitchen features double ovens, a large island, a pantry closet, and stainless steel appliances, while the spacious living room features a gas fireplace and window seating, perfect for lounging after a day on the slopes or a day of exploring all that the area has to offer - from the many parks to fabulous hikes, waterfalls, not to mention Storyland, Santa's Village, the Cog Rail and innumerable other attractions.
The first floor also hosts 2 bedrooms and a full bath with laundry. The second level features an open loft area overlooking the living room, along with 3 additional bedrooms and a shared full bath. The guest suite on the lower level has both interior access and a private entrance that walks out to the rear yard, 2 bedrooms, a bath with shower and additional laundry, a full kitchen, and a living room. Parking is easy, with two paved driveways allowing for plenty of guest parking, outside ski lockers, a south-facing deck, and a whole house generator that will keep your lights on should the weather get really bad!

Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. -Parking Limit: 5 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet-friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on the property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter finds its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.
