Room wasn't completely ready (bed not yet made, discarded items from previous guests) so we asked and were moved to a room that was ready. This room also wasn't thoroughly cleaned (coffee pot has previous guests old brewed coffee pods still inside, sink had hair). Great location and suprisingly quiet to be next to the airport. Breakfast buffet had many options, but cards would deactivate every day and had to be reactivated. Room a little run down, but overall an okay room for the price.

This hotel was fine for its purpose (airport hotel) and the room was as advertised, but it definitely wasn't the cleanest and the service at the bar/ restaurant was horrendous.

Because of the rescheduled flight by United at SF, resulting in a 10 hour layover (no hotel), I was considered a no show and my prepaid reservation was cancelled (non refundable). Additionally, Alamo rental car issues as well.

Not good hotel was so dirty. The mattresses were torn and the room smelled. Unfortunately it was not clean nor the hotel

Very disappointing.
The door to the room was very, very difficult to open and close. This could pose a serious security and fire issue. There was not a hair dryer in the room and on the third attempt of requesting one, the cleaning lady had to get one from another room. All of the bottles of soaps and shampoo in the shower where empty.

Awful! Not my best stay
I was booked and the only room they had available, which was the handicap room. I planned for a nice evening and wanted a bathtub, but I didn’t get one The walls have chipped paint around the shower area from moisture damage. TV didn’t work. 3 remotes were left but none of them worked and I had to guess which one works. Not enough blankets. Price is too high for what you get here. It’s awful. Seem like poop on the wall near toilet. Don’t they have any pride? This is gross.
