In the small hamlet of the district of Pont de Cervières , located close to the city center of Briançon, beautiful and comfortable country house completely renovated with taste, in a green setting, in the middle of the old village.
Very well equipped house, about 120 m² on two levels with its attached garden facing south.
Located between Briançon and Pont de Cervières, it has direct access to the shops of the city center and all its amenities. Quiet. Ideal for family holidays or with friends.
Entrance, spacious living room with dining area, living room (wood stove not usable), WIFI, independent kitchen fitted and equipped with all modern comforts (induction hob, hood, traditional oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave), access to the garden, separate toilet.
On the floor, a double bedroom (new mattress 160x200 with memory of shape), a second bedroom with two single beds, new mattresses, (80x200), bathroom-toilet (shower AND bath, washing machine and dryer.
On the top floor, a master suite with a double bed 180x200 (new mattress) and its bathroom-toilet).
Ski rack/ snowboard and dry ski shoes for 6 pairs.

Mooi gerenoveerd huis in verouderde buurt
Leuk verblijf gehad. Mooi huis, pas gerenoveerd.
In keuken was alles aanwezig.

Location confortable
Accès rapide à la station, proche des commerces tout en étant au calme. Location bien équipée (le matériel est de très bonne qualité) et confortable. Les 2 chambres (un lit pour deux personnes) sont bien grandes. Par contre, celle avec les 2 lits est assez étroite, plus pour 2 enfants que 2 adultes. Beaucoup de marches dans l'habitation, ce qui est un peu gênant pour une personne âgée.
