Though this hotel has been around for a while they’ve done a really great job of keeping it up, updating their bathroom fixtures, most room amenities, the pool area and gym. The atrium - especially the fire pit area - is a comfortable and convenient place to just sit and hang around to read or enjoy conversations - you hardly notice the pool is about 40ft away. And the Wi-Fi works well - I had no problems. The complimentary breakfast in the large atrium is simple but very well done with omelets to order, a decent hot and cold buffet and make-your-own waffles!!! And, the staff is wonderful - from the front desk team, to Terri and the team helping out at breakfast, to the room servicing staff - all are very helpful, friendly and accommodating, and just abut everyone smiles!

The room had good space. There was a giant stain on the carpet when you first walked in. Thought it was strange that the pool in the evening had little to no lighting...felt like we were swimming in the dark. Breakfast was a huge plus. Hotel is just dated.

Very unprofessional staff. Given the Internet disruption due to CloudStrike outage, I called the day before and asked that they keep my reservation. The front desk receptionist made a note in the file (I heard her typing) and assured me that my reservation would be maintained. I showed up the next day (8pm of travel delays, new flights, etc.), and they had no record of my reservation. I had to sit in their dingy lobby and find another hotel reservation and then drive all the way across town to get to the new hotel. This is unprofessional that THEY cancelled my reservation and did not refund me. Will never use this hotel and will never recommend it to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very disappointing experience. I had reserved a room for 5 people, but the room we were given was only for 4. To make matters worse, the toilet mirror was broken. The staff was insufficient to meet the guests' needs, and the breakfast provided was not enough for everyone. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

They put us on Bldg A which does not have elevator so we have to carry our stuff using the stairs. Our dog has a stroller so we have to carry the stroller too everytime. We requested for a ground level room but the staff were not very accommodating. Jeff at the front desk was not smiling. He smiled to everyone else and greets them when they see other guests passing by but not us. We are Asians, btw. Professionals. Dirty hotel. Filthy surroundings when you go out. Breakfast was fine just bec they do omelets but other than that, there was nothing special abt this hotel besides breakfast. There was a nice lady who talked to us at the dining area. That was nice. Carpets were filthy. Leaks everywhere. One of the worst hotels we stayed in.
