Let themselves down!!

First let-down- Upon checking in very early was thrilled to be told my room was ready. Less impressed when I was told it would cost me an extra $100 to access it early. Explain the logic?? Explain the extra expense to the hotel had I had the extra few hours? Not at all forthcoming re the $50 credit I was due as a Hotels.com silver member. Almost felt uncomfortable asking for it at check-out despite being reassured it would be applied automatically when I queried its non-appearance on my account and no mention at check-in!

The hotel was excellent. I just don’t understand why they don’t recognize the Expedia VIP. We had to pay for the upgrade and we didn’t get the supposed VIP benefits.

The hotel and the area are wonderful. But there’s no VIP access, except 2 alcoholic drinks and a 50 dollar credit to consume only at the restaurant. We had to fully pay for an upgrade since they don’t know what the VIP Expedia is.

Not worth it for the price.. I know AKA apartments in LA and nothing to do with this hotel. Service is good, the hotel was clean. But very old and expensive for what I received.
