Bridgehampton Holiday Packages

Property was in a great location but it was not as depicted in the Wotif ad. The room was very spacious but old. Bed was great. Longe was great. Kitchen was very under catered for. It was disappointing. Had a microwave and a hot plate, but no pots, no pans, no wine glasses. No crockery. 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 knives, forks and spoons, but nothing to cook with. Had to ask staff and they did oblige with no issue at all. They were very friendly and supplied what I asked for within minutes. The front desk was fantastic. They solved all queries with a smile. In summary it was a great location, very clean, fantastic staff.

Location was good very near to 2 subway stops and downtown near Wall St. The room was nice and clean. However the door was hard to open and noisy, the towels were sometimes not replaced (I guess they ran out), and I had to spend $7 on my own washing detergent as they had none.
