It's, you know, fine. Meets the Embassy Suite bar. Breakfast service crew is very friendly and cooks to order. Only real negative was our top sheet didn't fit our mattress at all and so that kept slipping off the corners in the middle of the night.

We ended up there as refugees from an event in Utica for which our hotel was cancelled last minute Very much appreciated the large clean and very nice rooms here. The one detail lacking for me is one I will mention every time. If I pay that much $ for a nice hotel room, can you please please provide a real glass to drink out of in the room? And not a plastic cup that no one wants and the earth does not need, that is wrapped in yet more plastic? I've taken to bringing my own glasses in my suitcase it's ridiculous. Otherwise, this place was very nice. We were perplexed by the 8-10 signs indicating a wet floor in the lobby/dining area almost the entire time, on a floor on which we never saw a single drop of water.
