Formerly a traditional Vermont Carriage House, our home offers a unique layout, high ceilings, exposed beams, and expansive windows overlooking the river and mountains beyond.
You'll enter into our beautifully decorated home office and laundry space, with the middle floor queen bedroom and bathroom just off to the right. Move downstairs to find our floor to ceiling windows and modern kitchen that opens comfortably to the living and dining area. Head up and you'll find cathedral ceilings in the master bedroom complete with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. In this room, we also have an incredibly comfortable sectional couch and seating area with pull out (queen sleeper).
Savor your morning cup of coffee on our patio or create lasting memories telling stories by the fire pit at night. Our riverfront property is great for all seasons for you and your family!
Main floor -- ground level:

Downstairs -- lower level:

• Living room – 50 inch TV and cozy couch
• Sitting area – cozy chairs that overlook the river
• Dining area – table with bench and four dining chairs
• Door to patio – patio includes an outdoor seating area, cafe lights and a complimentary gas fire pit
Upstairs -- third level:
• Main bedroom - King size bed and queen sleeper sofa (est arrival 7/20/22)
• Ensuite bathroom – shower, tub, private toilet space, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner
Guests have access to the entire space with the exception of two small owner's storage closets. Please make yourself at home.
We are a 10 minute drive to downtown Woodstock, 12 minute drive to Killington (even closer to the skyship gondola), and one mile from Long Trail Brewery. The perfect location for skiers, leaf peepers, snowmobilers, hikers, and everyone in between!
The VAST trail for snowmobiling is located just across the river from our house. The community center/fire station is about 1 minute from the house and would be the best place to unload snow mobiles to catch the trail.
There is virtually no public transit in Woodstock/Killington, so having a personal vehicle is recommended if you wish to see all the scenery and attractions that the area has to offer!

• We do have a pack and play available at the house located in the upstairs bedroom closet for your tiniest traveler! (We do have crib sheets available, but also helps to bring your preferred baby sheets)
• One built in AC unit that does a wonderful job cooling the entire house. Stand up fans and ceiling fans also provided depending on the room.
• Our private driveway offers enough parking for up to 3 vehicles comfortably
• We are dog friendly, though we do have a non refundable fee of $125/pet/stay. Max of one dog per stay. We are located on the main road in Bridgewater, so please take this into consideration when deciding to bring your pup. Though we are driving distance to walking trails and parks, we do not have a yard space, just our patio area.
• As mentioned above, we are located on the main road in Bridgewater, so there is potential for road noise. We do have brand new noise cancelling windows which work wonders, but we also provide sound machines as well for light sleepers.
• We follow all CDC cleaning guidelines.
We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
