The property provides plenty of privacy, situated on a private road with no through traffic and surrounded by trees that offer a natural screen from neighboring houses. The generously sized outdoor space includes a level lawn on the lakeside, a deck, and patio, making it perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Take a refreshing dip in the sandy gradual entry area, just 7 steps down, or dive into the deep waters off of the dock. The dock can hold up to a 22' boat while the mooring can hold larger boats up to 25', providing ample opportunity to explore the 40+ miles of boatable waterway on Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. For a more leisure adventure, paddle around the shores in the two kayaks and canoe provided. Plummers Landing town beach is nearby, and Bridgton is just a short drive away for shopping, dining, and entertainment. With enough space for 14 people, this is the perfect destination for your entire family to enjoy!
