CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 7 people)
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite downstairs
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed upstairs
Bedroom 3 - 1 x tri bunk with Double bed on the bottom and Single up the top with Smart TV (a trundle for a child is available if requested extra linen charges apply and total guests must not exceed 7)
All bed linen and towels provided.
KITCHEN & DINING
A modern kitchen with electric cooking and everything you will need weather you a prepping a summer BBQ or serving up the delicious local takeaway, you even have an airfryer for those quick kids meals if you need. Dining is around the spacious island kitchen bench or out the back through the double sliding doors in the oasis like outdoor undercover eating area – just switch on the overhead bar heater if you a feeling the chill.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The open plan living/kitchen/dining is modern and relaxed overlooking the cleverly designed outdoor area. Comfortable and stylish corner lounge and chair encourages lazy afternoons and evening after being out and active all day. A huge smart TV on the wall with a bluetooth speaker will have your music and movie options sorted.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system located in the lounge area and all 3 bedrooms keeps this townhouse cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Outside ceiling mounted bar heater for cooler evenings.
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is upstairs with a separate bath to soak in, shower and vanity and the toilet is separate. The main bedroom has an ensuite downstairs, plus there is a powder room in the entry hallway with toilet & hand basin.
OUTDOORS
Outside is a gas BBQ and 6 seater bench dining table and stools. The cleverly decorated outdoor area makes you feel like you are in your own oasis, offers privacy and beautiful vista of the nearby hills.

"A Stones Throw" is not a pet friendly property.
LAUNDRY
The laundry is located at the back of the home with a front load washing machine and dryer. The clothesline is located on the back wall
PARKING
The garage is suitable for one car with lockable storage for your bikes. Additional vehicles are not to be parked on the common property and must be parked in the street.
