27 On Mountbatten is an easy walk to Bright's town centre and has been purpose built with your comfort in mind. The furnishings will add a little bit a luxe backdrop to your getaway.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 9 people)
Master Bedroom (upstairs) - King bed with ensuite and walk in robe
Bedroom two (downstairs) - Queen bed
Bedroom three (downstairs)- Queen bed
Bedroom four (downstairs) - Double bed and a single bed
All linen and towels are supplied.
LOUNGE, KITCHEN & DINING
The lounge, kitchen and dining area is upstairs at 27 On Mountbatten. The kitchen has everything you would expect, including stove, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher and is well stocked with a range of cooking equipment. The essential coffee machine is also present and is Nescafe pod compatible.
This property has WIFI
The indoor dining area is included in the open plan living area or you may choose to gather on the balcony to take in the views or you can also dine outside in the back yard.
The lounge area offers wall mounted Smart TV, two 3 seater sofas and a couple of armchairs and is a great area to relax with friends either around the gas burning fireplace in Winter or push back the balcony sliding doors to bring in the alpine breeze of a Summer evening.
HEATING & COOLING
All of the bedrooms downstairs have ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer and ducted heating/cooling upstairs will keep you comfortable all year round. A gas log fire in the lounge area will also keep you toasty warm and full of winter cheer.
BATHROOMS
There are three beautifully finished bathrooms. The main bathroom and the combined bathroom/laundry are downstairs and an ensuite bathroom is located upstairs off the master bedroom.
OUTDOORS
A gas BBQ is available in the garage which opens up into the back yard where you will find an outdoor table and chairs or if you are looking to breakaway from the group, you will find well placed café tables and chairs dotted around the yard for you to enjoy a quiet break.
PET POLICY
You are welcome to bring your dog to 27 On Mountbatten. Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended at the property. So that we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, please ensure that you clean up after your pets. (2 dogs maximum).
LAUNDRY
A large laundry including a washing machine and dryer is available in the second downstairs bathroom. An iron and ironing board is also available.
PARKING
The single car garage is suitable for your car and your bikes and there is room for a second car on the driveway.
