Set on 1 3/4 acres, Delany Lodge is located on the famous tree lined Delany Avenue, within walking distance to Bright's many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Upstairs you will find five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating for all year round comfort.
