CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

This property offers open plan kitchen and dining. The kitchen features all modern appliances including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and another fridge freezer in the garage. There is ample cookware for those families who prefer to prepare their own meals and the dining room table is large enough to accommodate everyone.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
At the front of the house is a large lounge room with 3 settees, TV and a wood heater where you can all relax and catch up. At the rear of the house, off the dining area is a smaller lounge with 2 settees, TV and DVD player where you could put the kids to entertain themselves. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
