CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
The master bedroom features a king size bed, large mirrored wardrobe with plenty of space to store away your luggage.
The second bedroom has two king singles with a freestanding robe.
Both bedrooms have dimmer lights, ceiling fans and electric blankets for the cool winter nights.
All bedding and towels are included in the tariff.
KITCHEN / DINING / LOUNGE
These incredibly popular holiday units have new owners and are now under the management of Bright Holidays. This unit offers spacious open plan living/dining with galley style kitchen. Quality appliances including Bosch oven, Beko dishwasher and Westinghouse refrigerator. Relax in the comfortable couches and watch a DVD or gather around the dining table for a meal with family or friends. All crockery, cutlery and cooking items are provided for your convenience so just stock up at the local supermarket and cook up a feast!

Enjoy the ambience and comfort of the slow combustion fire in the cooler months whilst the reverse cycle system can cool you down as the temperature heats up oustide. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

HEATING & COOLING
The lounge features a reverse cycling A/C as well as a slow combustion fireplace for maximum warmth and ambience in winter. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to disperse the hot or cold air depending on the season.

Large bathroom with shower and bath with separate toilet. Complimentary Molton Brown products are provided for use during your stay; enjoy!
OUTDOORS
Guests have access to secure bike storage so bring your wheels and explore the valley and surrounding trails. The gardens at these units have been admired for many years and continue to be beautifully maintained for your enjoyment regardless of the season.
PET POLICY
The securely fenced area is perfect for your pet to enjoy the holiday with you however please clean up after your dog or a fee will be charged. There is a gate from the yard that leads to the communal area shared by all four properties. NOTE: At NO time can your pet be left alone at the property so please ensure you have someone to dog sit if you plan on heading out.
LAUNDRY
European style laundry with Fisher & Paykel washing machine and Simpson dryer. Please note to use the communal washing line at the rear of Unit 4 whenever possible.
PARKING
On site parking for one vehicle is available with this unit.
