CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds (with door to main bathroom)
Bedroom 3: 1 x King bed (with ensuite)

BATHROOMS
Main bathroom which connects to bedroom 2 (bunk room) with bath and separate toilet. Spacious ensuite off bedroom 3 with a walk in shower.

KITCHEN & DINING
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and complete with dishwasher for all your cooking and cleaning needs. Large pantry for those longer stays when you want to stock up for your trip and not have to worry about going to the shops! Coffee pod machine provided.
Dining seating for 7 people that looks out to the backyard views.

LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Large cosy loungeroom with a nice little reading corner if you're in need of a quiet afternoon. A Smart TV for all your Netflix needs. WIFI is available at this property.

Enjoy the woodfire heater in the cold Winter months. We have a cassette heating/cooling system for some extra warmth and to keep you cool during Summer, as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom. (Please note this property is BYO firewood)

Complete with washer & dryer (dryer is located in garage).

OUTDOORS
Outdoor seating for 6, beautiful views, beautiful garden, plenty of space. Perfect spot for those warm afternoons in the sun. There is a gas BBQ for your use.

Large garage with 2 car parking, space for 1 more car in the driveway AND a carport that would fit 2 cars. Plenty of space and shelter.
