CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen and main dining room look out on to the glorious rear garden. With electric cooking, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all your basic cooking needs covered you can absolutely make yourself right at home. There is a generous dining table for 10 in the kitchen area and a dining table for 6 in the lounge.
LOUNGE
The lounge room is spacious with leather lounge seating for 10, a TV and a video/DVD player. The perfect place to gather with family or friends and enjoy quality time together.

HEATING & COOLING
Ducted heating/cooling at Clarence House will keep you comfortable throughout your stay.
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a bath and vanity with a separate shower and a separate toilet. The main bedroom offers an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.

Clarence House offers a large gas BBQ and an outdoor setting for 10. All this amongst a beautiful garden setting. You won't be disappointed!
