Absolute gem in Brighton!

We had the basement room with the private garden and it was absolutely charming. Our hosts were great and the breakfast was delicious and more than ample. The location was great for a walkable Brighton weekend (pier, lanes, waterfront etc). I would stay there again!

From arriving at Brightonwave, we were made to feel very welcome, it was spotlessly clean, our room had everything we needed and more. The breakfast menu was very good and the cooked breakfast we chose was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to everyone.

An excellent B&B, comfortable, clean, convenient for both Marina, beach and Lanes shopping area. Lots of restaurants close by. Bedding pristine, bed comfortable, little touches like fruit, biscuits, fridge, coffee machine all added to the welcome feel. Hosts are helpful and charming. Breakfast choices and standard top notch.
