Welcome to our charming single-family home in the beautiful town of Brighton, Tennessee! Our home features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating you and your group. Country life awaits you while being less than 40 minutes from all Memphis tourist attractions! Sit back with a good book or decompress from a day of exploration! This cute bungalow house on Main St USA is centrally located on Brighton, TN historic town square. Feel like you're back in time with the trains running through the country area, the street tunnels underneath them, and the country cooking the town has to offer.

LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM /KITCHEN

As you walk into the home, the living room greets you with plenty of seating, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is lots of natural light providing a very pleasant place to hang out with the family after a long day. The full kitchen provides all you’ll need to prepare small or large meals complete with a beautiful island, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee pot, and pantry to store all your food. You’ll also be provided with a stackable washer and dryer here in case you need to get anything cleaned up during a long stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

There are two beautiful bedrooms in this home, the first with a queen bed, extra storage, an en-suite bathroom and a door that leads to the backyard! The master bathroom is newly remodeled and has a tub/shower to relax in after a long day.

The second bedroom contains one double bed for another couple or kiddos and is full of charm. There is an additional half bath in this home for more space to get ready for your Brighton adventures!

OUTSIDE

Outside the home there’s lots of green space to sit out back and listen to the trains or throw a ball around. It is perfect and quaint.

Cute Little House
My husband and I came up to spend Christmas with family and this little place was very close by. Everything was as described. Very clean and queen bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. I guess the only issue was that during the day it was pretty noisy, lots of loud vehicles going by. However we weren’t there much in the daytime. The train tracks are behind the house but really wasn’t loud. Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

The house was set up very well for our family. Great location and perfect for what we needed. If you are traveling with friends or coworkers, keep in mind there is only one shower and it is located in the master bedroom.

The home is in a good location and has been updated. The grass was a little tall for my small dogs, but we were able to safely walk the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and we had all the items we needed to stay for 5 nights.

My family was in Brighton for a granddaughter’s wedding. I tried to find a place big enough for all of us but couldn’t so I rented this house for my son and his wife and 2 young children (ages 9 and 6). It looked like a cute little house. Nothing fancy but ok. We arrived in Brighton a little earlier than the 4 o’clock check in and I checked to see if they could get in early. I was told they were having trouble getting the previous renters out and the house was bad and they needed time to clean it up. We said ok. At 8:30 pm my son and family went to the house and there was no one there and we had already been given the code to get in. They went in so they could put their children to bed. The smell was horrible and there was a hole in the floor and in the couch and other things were not good. They stayed (I didn’t know how bad it was until they left Saturday and we went by to see the house). If I had known how bad it was I would not have allowed my family to stay there. It was not fit for renting out. I asked for a refund for at least 1 night but all I received was my security deposit. I’m not sure why my family suffered through staying there except they didn’t want to stress me out. They didn’t spend any time there except to sleep but shouldn’t have even done that. They shouldn’t have been allowed to stay by the homeowners. Very bad business.

Beautifully updated kitchen and baths make this a perfect home away from home. Good neighborhood, close to many amenities and a wonderful park for walks. Even our dog settled in nicely.

Cute and cozy… not much happening where the house is. We came in town for a karate tournament so it was perfect. Easy to get to Memphis if you want to go downtown. Very quite at night, but there is a train directly behind the house that runs past in the early AM. Perfect and will re-book if we are back next year. Thanks- Danielle

Extremely clean and super cute... you can't go wrong booking this little treasure. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, everything you need is here! Cute little diner across the street serves lunch and dinner. Owner was quick to respond to any question we had. Do not hesitate...book today!
