Marina Way is a previously renovated, spacious, modern & central 4-bedroom home with a quality setup & two free parking spaces. Marina Way has been tastefully renovated to a high standard with all the amenities you require for a luxurious getaway. Step out of the front door & you're already in a prime location on the doorstep of Brighton Marina (walking distance), close to the centre of Brighton & a stone throw away from the famous seafront. In terms of location, it doesn’t get much better than this!

Marina Way is the perfect base to explore Brighton’s famous beachfront, independent shops, cafes, markets, wonderful restaurants, bars, nightclubs and quirky boutiques and more. With two free parking spaces, getting around Brighton couldn’t be easier! You’re only a 30-minute walk to the prominent Brighton Pier or 5-minute drive. If you’re heading into the centre of Brighton, you’re a only an 8-minute drive or 45-minute walk if it’s a beautiful day!

Marina Way has ample living/dining space for 8 guests with an extra-large and comfy custom-made sofa unit and a large smart TV for all your entertainment needs, you won’t want to leave! For those nights you just want to stay in and have wholesome family/group evenings, there’s a large solid oak dining table big enough to seat 8 guests. In the summer the south facing garden is the perfect outdoor space to relax with a glass of wine, there is a lovely little seating area that seats up to 4 guests with a coffee table.

Comfortable beds (3 king-size beds and 2 x bunkbeds) all supplied with indulgent hotel quality duvets, pillows, linen and towels for that home away from home feel. The property also has a travel cot suitable for babies up to 2 years old and for toddlers 2 plus there is a bed rail you can use during your stay. Luxury bathrooms with high quality baths and powerful showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need including a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, as well as a large patio and grassed garden, for the duration of your stay.

Travelling by car: We have parking available for two cars at the property for the duration of your stay. If you have additional vehicles there is parking available in the area at additional costs.

Travelling by train: The property is a short 15 minuet taxi ride from the Brighton station. I wouldn’t recommend walking as it is rather far on foot.

Getting around by Bus : There are ample busses only a 2-minute walk from the property that take you straight into the centre of Brighton:
From the coast road, a 2-minute walk from the property, you can catch the 12, 12A, 14, 27 all into Brighton within 15 minutes
From Arundel Road, a 2-minute walk from the property, you can catch the 1, 1A and 7 all into Brighton within 15 minutes

Great stay!
We had a great stay at this house. It was beautiful especially the top room amazing sea views and big bath. Would recommend this to all my family and friends and we would definitely come back!
