Architect designed beach-house in central location and within a short walk of several beaches, the gorge walk, shops, restaurants and public transport. There are two separate living areas and each of the three bedrooms has their own bathroom. The dining area is situated in a screened breezeway and this home is extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished.
Features: Three bedrooms(1 King and 2 Queens), Two TVs (one with Foxtel), Ipod Docks, Dishwasher, Nespresso machine and frother, partially screened, washing machine and dryer, gas cooktop, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms, heaters in all bedrooms, gas BBQ in rear courtyard, full size bathtub, hot and cold garden shower, baby gates for top of stairs.

Linen supplied and beds made for your arrival.

Pets Allowed. NB This property is not suitable for large dogs and no more than two small dogs at any time.

Lovely beach house
We loved it here. Situated in a quiet area within leafy surrounds, close to beaches, restaurants and shops. No air con, but cool breezes throughout the open plan design is refreshing. All modern kitchen and bathrooms. Only gripe we had was the couch in upstairs living and king bed upstairs are extremely uncomfortable though tolerable for our week stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible waste of money!
From the moment I walked in the house I could smell dog poo, I then located the dog poo under the stairs in the open foyer. The house was extremely dirty with cobwebs, dirty windows and dirty kitchen utensils. The worst part, was the cockroach infestation. The huntsman totally understandable it’s a bush environment but at night the walls were literally alive with cockroaches. The furniture was grotty. Total waste of my money and negatively impacted by very first Stradbroke experience. The location of the building was perfect close to the beach and all amenities. The actual architect of the house was very appealing.

Rustic and Quirky
PROS Great Architect and Interior Designer, pavilion style with high ceilings. Great hosts with all the creature comforts. All 3 ensuites were new and pristine, beds comfortable. CONS Everything above head height was dusty/dirty or had cobwebs. The open common space between beds and lounge only had fly screens, making it very noisy with traffic. All screens need a good gerny (really bad). I would remove creeper in the stairwell and build in with coloured polycarbonate. Plywood interior looking tired and should be painted now. All bedrooms should have TV's. Better blankets would help too.

Great escape! Definately coming back!
Had a great escape for a week. Perfect location within walking distance to so much. Saw a bunch of whales, dolphins, kangaroos... even a seal. House is very open and inviting. Will bring our kids next time as it is definately family friendly. Thanks so much for having us, really enjoyed every moment. The sunsets were unreal

Fantastic location
We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. It’s an unusual modern architecturally designed property. Apart from the small kitchen it was very comfortable and suited our needs. Only a small yard but perfect for our little dog. It’s a great location only a few hundred metres from North Gorge at Point Lookout.
