This beautifully styled home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. All new furniture and bedding. As you enter via the front steps, you'll be met with the undercover verandah, a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Inside the home there is a master with king bed, air con and portable robe. The second bedroom has a single bed with a single trundle and a great work desk! Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and sliding wardrobe. A fabulous open plan kitchen and living room with split system air con and all the amenities you could need to enjoy your stay. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Outside, you'll find the great undercover balcony with a dining table for 6 and a small webber bbq. The deck over looks the pool and grassed yard. Laundry is under the deck and has 2 washing machines and a dryer which guests are welcome to use. There is parking off street for one car and timed free parking on the street.

Guests will have access to the whole house. There are a couple of locked cupboards not for guest access.
NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We have strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.
Please note: a pet fee of $33 per pet, per night (max. 2) will be charged separately to your reservation total. Pets will need to be approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to check-in.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
