Relax with the whole family with a little bit of luxury at this peaceful place to stay. Situated in the heart of Cornubia, but still close to shops and centrally located in easy distance to Gold Coast or Brisbane or Redlands.
This home has 3 bedrooms all with queen beds so you can sleep up to 6 people. It's an inviting open plan and renovated home with large kitchen and living area and a huge outdoor area and green backyard.
Very secure and private, you will have the whole place to your self-including off street parking. There are garden ponds with nature bursting and frogs galore. You and the kids can enjoy looking for the fish, playing badminton in the backyard or playing board games in air-conditioned comfort. Pets are also welcome so you can still go on holiday with your furry friends.
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy cooking for you and guests, or baking and help yourself to anything in the pantry. You can even just relax and lounge in the many spots around the house that you have to choose from. The bathroom is like a day spa with private courtyard green outlook. Theres even an outdoor hot shower to enjoy in a private courtyard. Maybe even relaxing later in the afternoon with a backyard eco fire in winter and roasting some marshmallows. We want you to feel at home while you stay here. This home is also on a single level and has a double undercover carport behind lockable gates.

The space
Super spacious: Whole home with 3 Bedrooms+ 1 Bathroom + external 400㎡ for your own use. Bed 3 can convert to a single bed with a portacot/change table, & play pen, if this is a requirement for travelling younger children and babies, please let us know at time of booking.

This is a peaceful place.
Guests need to control noise at all times as this is a residential area with neighbours.
Parties not allowed and directly reported to police.
Pets are allowed, but limited to small to medium dogs, yard is fully fenced and gated.

As we have frogs in the pond at the front of the property that at times can be noisy at night time for 2 of the bedrooms on that side of the house.
We have installed block out curtains and have provided ear plugs if they become a nuisance.
