Extremely loud highway noise
The noise from the highway is super loud! As a result, I could not fall asleep until 3:30- 4:30am. It is really unbearable. I would never stay there again bc it is that loud. No free breakfast. Parking is okay, but some parts are not well lit. I think there are better options in Bristol or even a few miles out of town.

The room & bathroom was dirty. Out of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The air conditioner sounded like a diesel motor starting up and running all night. The staff at the bistro walked by multiple times while I was waiting for a cup of coffee in the morning and ended up leaving the hotel and driving to a gas station for coffee. Worst location I have ever stayed at!
