The Space:
Its central location, newly refurbished stylish interior and ample space make this the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Step through the doors of this impressive Victorian building dating back to 1880 and instantly feel welcomed. There are striking original features and modern comforts.
The kitchen is equipped with a full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and Tassimo coffee machine with complimentary pods. There are ample utensils for home cooking. When the nights draw in enjoy your elegant living room with a film night on your Smart TV. And when morning comes, soak up the sea views with your coffee from the dining table in the stunning bay window. For those that need to work, there is also a desk and chair in the living room.
The east-facing sumptuous master bedroom decorated with joyful pops of colour and the original wooden shutters is an uplifting space to wake up in the morning. It provides a king-sized memory foam mattress and hotel quality percale cotton bedlinen for the ultimate night's sleep. Perfect for two or four, you’ll also find a comfortable sprung sofa bed that can be set up in the living room. Next door the modern bathroom has been recently re-fitted and now boasts a luxury waterfall shower ( see access limitation in listing notes).

The Neighborhood:
This delightful apartment is located moments away from Clevedon Bay and you can walk to all the local amenities. A short five-minute walk brings you to Hill Road and Alexandra Road. both are bursting with independent shops, bars and restaurants. On the first Sunday of every month from March to December you will also find a craft market brimming with local finds.
This pretty seaside town is a delight in North Somerset and is best known for its Victorian Pier, often featuring in Films, TV shows and One Direction’s ‘You and I’ video! Whilst Hill Road was a major feature in Broadchurch. At the other end of the bay, you will find Marine Lake where there is in-season paddle board hire, plus ample opportunities to join the brave cold water swimmers for an early morning or evening dip. Spanning the beach from the pier to the lake, you'll also find a
handful of cafes, and pubs where you can soak up the legendary sunsets with a pint of ale in hand.
And if you fancy stretching your legs, set off on the beautiful Poet’s Walk where you’ll see spectacular views over to Wales on a clear day, or north along Lover’s Walk to Ladye Bay and on 6 1/2 miles on the coastal path to Portishead Marina.

Getting Around:
Thanks to its central location, it's easy to enjoy all of Clevedon's local delights on foot. There is a free parking space allocated to the flat behind the building.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, access to the shower is quite narrow (15 inches, 38cm) due to the fixed return on the shower screen.
