No elevator to second floor, had to walk up steps. Room was old but clean. Sofa looked like it was falling apart. The mattress was squeaking, toilet seat was about falling off. The bathroom tub when I was taking a shower I thought I was gonna fall, way too narrow. Pool area didn’t look great. Breakfast was okay

The room felt damp, like when you walked on the carpet. Not dirty, just damp. Was not anything extra special about breakfast but there was something there rather than nothing at all.

DO NOT stay there. It’s filthy & once they have your money, they will not give a refund for consecutive days, even if you are dissatisfied after seeing the condition of the property upon arrival. The description & pictures have to be extremely old. It’s awful—should be condemned!

Shut the door.
My only complaint was that the room door, 122 wouldn't close all they way. Unlike most hotel doors that are self closing, this one you literally had to close the door by the handle or it wouldn't lock. My first night back 😪 came back to a room that's gone could have entered. It looked closed but was not.

The staff does not understand the laws about service dogs. They tried asking for papers/proof that he was a service dog (it’s not required, but he was even wearing his vest), said that we had to change our room because pets were only allowed in a certain location, and they continued to refuse us our original rooms until we were asking about how to get a refund and bringing up my dads cat allergies and anaphylactic shock (thankfully he did not come inside until everything was ready). Ignoring the fact that a service dog is not considered a pet. We noticed that they did a poor job at cleaning when we entered our room

Disappointing Stay
No towels, no elevators, broken bathroom door and lock, continental breakfast was very limited and toaster didn’t work. There was no water pressure in the shower and the halls and common areas were extremely hot. The rooms were dirty and so was the rest of the facility. Very small pool. Very ddisappointed with our stay at this hotel.
