Accommodation with no reception service, exceptionally uncomfortable beds (folding sofas sold as full-fledged beds), smelly (Asian restaurant downstairs) and noisy building used partly as a dormitory. Entry codes stopped working and it was not possible to enter - nobody answered at the number provided (at 2pm) and never called back. Very slow wifi. Worst accommodation I have ever seen. The only advantage was that the place was quite clean (although already outdated) and the location is excellent just off Jakubske namesti.

Very central, simple but decent accomodation
Absolutely central, just steps away from nam. Svobody in the heart of the city. The room was fairly simple, in the 5th floor (lift only goes to the 4th) which is attic so tilted roof meant a bit less space. Pretty clean, with all the basics needed for the stay. No reception functioning there currently (only works over the phone during day hours), so personal data for check in requested online - worked ok, and check in instructions are emailed and texted just before check in time. A bit confusing information about payment but eventually it was fine as I paid in advance. Overall, a good option to stay in the very centre of Brno.

Great location, large rooms
These apartments are located right next to Go! Vietnamese restaurant. There is a strong smell of stir fry in the communal entrance, but we soon got used to it. Our apartment was based on the 2nd floor, there is a very small lift but it is a little bit unreliable. Reception is on the 1st floor and is open only until 4pm. I was emailed and texted the code for entry into the apartment and everything went smoothly.

Good location, decent accommodation overall
This is a good central location to stay in. In the top floor rooms there is limited headroom which is something to be aware of. The room otherwise is fine, if a little stuffy as there is limited airflow even with air conditioning on. My only complaint is that the mattress was v.thin and it was hard to get a restful sleep.

Great location, very helpful staff. However my stay was marred by a number of factors: 1. There was a constant, unpleasant smell from the restaurants on the ground floor. 2. There was no top sheet on the bed, just a cover which was far too hot for the room. 3. The curtains did not close, so that the room was in daylight early.

A really good central location and a great price for a room in the apartment with 2 rooms, and shared bathroom and kitchen. A really well-organized check-in via codes to the building and a room, which were sent a few hours before check-in. Everything was clean and new. The only issue was the noise from the street late in the evening or at night, as it is downtown with a lot of restaurants. The window was noise-canceling, but no fresh air as a result or closing the window.

The good place to stay if you wanna be in the city center of Brno. Positive -Private, spacious, television with lot of channels, fridge, kitchenette -directly in the city center Negative -No parking provided, just very expensive commercial parking in the distance (10 minutes walk) -Noise from other rooms, you have to get earplugs -"queen bed" was separated two matresses- not one big mattress neutral- cleaning needs improvements

The location was exceptional. The room was very clean, organized, spacious and exceeded my expectations. However, the common area, stairs, lobby area was not clean and not maintained properly. Housekeeping was limited. Reception office was only open for a limited time. Overall, I recommend.
