Great stay
Our stay was lovely. We had a bath & a shower which was nice as it gave us a choice. The room was very spacious, very clean, a tele to watch. The pub/restaurant are separate which i also liked and there are a good choice of shops all around, margate beach is a 10 minute drive and a very easy drive too. The only thing i’d say for me was the bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a hard mattress and gave me a backache in the mornings and faded out throughout the day. My partner had a comfortable sleep. Overall it was a really nice stay and we’d stay again.

The room was small but perfect for what we needed. Asked reception for an iron and they swiftly arrived with iron and board. Easy check in & out, room was clean, bed was comfy, couldnt complain.

Overpriced, not great condition.
Shower was pretty manky to be honest. It smelled and there was either rust or weird discoloration on the shower head, the plug hole. The shower holder didn't stay up so it kept falling down. The breakfast was awful. The beans were dry, the sausage was tasteless and I'm not sure if the black pudding was cooked properly, I've never tasted one like that. The workers were friendly and helpful. It's about £100 overpriced if you ask me.

Overpriced Room requires maintenance
Booked family room for two bea. The single beds mattress was terrible and result in minimal sleep. The window latch was broken which meant it didn't shut properly. As the property is close to a main road this result in traffic noise all night. Bathroom was very basic. It was in need of general maintenance and a deep clean. Otherwise there was plentiful partkkng and the pub looked popular. Overpriced for location and quality!

Great location for getting around the area. Fab shopping centre across the rd that you can walk to, takes 5mins. Plenty of eating places. Hotel clean, food & bar options great, food was good. Staff friendly & helpful.
