A stunning view of the ski hill, very convenient as shuttle is available at all times. However, there was quite a bit of noise at night what seemed to be a party. Nevertheless, would come back!

I have been to this hotel years ago and didn’t remember being so rundown. The rooms are not the most well kept rooms. You can probably get better value in another hotel. This hotel needs a major upgrade. The bed we were on was completely busted. We stayed in the spa complex.

Excellent week-end getaway location and facilities, especially for those that love to ski/snowboard. Hôtel restaurant very good. Amenities decent (gym could be better). Very kid friendly. Only downside is overpriced for what it is.

We were a little group going to the hotel. Unfortunately, due to an illness only a part of the group could go. A credit was requested to have another chance to go and celebrate New Year’s Eve. They refused with no empathy and a chance to try their item that cost 400$/night wax lost/ wasted. Unfortunate truly. never going back again. A terrible service and no way to comprise.

The room we stayed in was obviously recently renovated which is nice but there is absolutely no space to place toiletries or clothes in the bathroom. The free wifi is quite horrible. The TV is useless as it is wifi based and really lagging. It would be better off removing the TV if there is no investment in increasing wifi speed.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has some fun facilities for kids (pool, cookie decorating, scavenger elf hunt, movie room with popcorn, jacuzzis outside). My wife and I also liked the AmeriSpa which is connected to it.
