Other than our clerk who signed us in everything was great. Our clerk on the desk had trouble multi tasking and wasn’t very polite during the sign in process. Later my husband tried to find our friends room and that wasn’t happening and not a suggestion to have them phone and confirm and get the room number that way.

Did not like the front desk staff. Condescending Room was dated bathtub chipped. Shower handle was loose side lamps had no wall unit to plug in. Tv did not work room dated not worth $288 a night. Hotel dated. Unsafe

The staff was excellent. The convenience of proximity to the hotel and airport shuttle were this property's saving grace. The building could use a good full maintenance and repair. The cleaning outside of regular housekeeping needs improvement. Stains on curtains and carpets, flickering lights, damage on walls, etc.

This hotel is an absolute nightmare! The room reeked of a disgusting, sweaty sock smell that was unbearable. I had to douse the place with my perfume just to get through the night. On top of that, dirty, discolored water was coming out of the taps, and the sink was completely clogged—the water wouldn’t even drain. But the worst part? The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to these appalling conditions. They knew about the issues and did nothing! This place is beyond horrible—do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!

Front desk needs to check baggage size of lodgers when allocating rooms . Hotel structured in a way that you can’t use the trolley to all doorsteps of the hotel. If you have heavy bags and your room is after the stairs demarcation, you would have to carry your heavy bags as the trolleys wouldn’t get there

When we arrived, there was an employee that although was trying to be helpful, had not the learned the art of being efficient and not chatty when guests are lining up to check in. A second employee came out of the offfice area and answered the phone twice but did not help check anyone in. The layout of the property is awkward and there are stairs you need to negotiate with luggage on the first floor. We travelled with friends and originally had rooms near each other, then changed at the last minute and were put on different floors. The bathroom appeared to have been quickly wiped down and not throroughly cleaned. The ice machine was broken on our floor and the rooms are not very soundproof as we could hear our neighbour's vibrating alarm at 4 am. There was a major water issue in the morning and there was no water available for bathing, coffee etc. I understand that if the water was a pipe issue it may have been out of their control, however one can't help but think that it is perhaps a maintenance issue. The restaurant is operated by a third party and our first waitress was very good, when she went off shift the waiter that replaced her was not. He appeared very bored and not the least bit interested in doing his job. We left early for the airport so that we could enjoy a coffee and breakfast and the shuttle driver was kind enough to make an extra run for us. The airport is conveniently close and we heard no plane noise. However I would not recommend this property.

Okay in a pinch.
Hotel is okay, rooms are small and could use some upgrades. The airport shuttle wrote down our requested time and number of people, but informed us it was first come first serve so be early. We were 20 minutes early, no one checked that we were booked for the shuttle and the shuttle left 12 minutes early than planned. If you're need guaranteed shuttle service maybe look for other options. Restaurant is good and offers room service. We smelled smoke from adjacent rooms and heard noises in hallway, so not quality sleep.
