We had a closet door off the hinge and the phone cord in the room was cut so we could not reach the front desk. There was a phone in the hallway though. I let the hotel know of each of these issues.

We had such a nice stay this past weekend! Megan at the front desk, and all the front desk employees greet you with a smile on their face and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

Love the set up of the room….kitchen was fully equipped to cook a meal and clean up afterwards. Rooms were very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Clean room and friendly hotel front desk concierge. Has a shopping center across the parking lot along with other food fast food option (Ledos, Sonic, Waffle House, etc). Nice that the suites have a microwave, small refrigerator, and even provides some dishes along with dishwasher should you need to stay longer than a weekend. For sure another hotel I will stay at.

Very friendly staff. We arrived early and they let us check in a little early. Room and building very clean. Free breakfast was really good. Conveniently close to a grocery store and restaurants. No indoor pool or hot tub.

Great room. Wheelchair accessible.
The hotel was wonderful. Staff very helpful and friendly. I had a handicap accessible room. The shower was easy to get into, which was a concern for me. The room is set up to be wheelchair height, which made everything low for ease of use. However, I have a hip problem and have everything set up (at home) to be elevated. This makes it easier for me to stand up and use the facilities. Had I known I would have brought some equipment from home. I was able to use cushions to elevate the couch. You may want to include this information in brochure.
