We had a great view of the canal in our spacious room. Very clean and comfy bed. The staff were just lovely and helpful. Good breakfast also with a view of the canal. Super location in this very walkable old part of the city with so much to see and do, or eat drink or shop if you wished. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel totally devoid of any pleasent customer service. Rooms adequate but not particularly good. Bar was being refurbished which further detracted from any pleasent ambience. Breakfast edible but like the rest of the hotel bland and disappointing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Bourgoensch Hof in Bruges for the second time, and it was just as delightful as I remembered! The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout your stay. The hotel itself is charming, with a lovely atmosphere that perfectly complements the beauty of Bruges. One of the things I appreciate most is its fantastic location—just a short stroll from the main square and many of the city’s top tourist attractions. It’s ideal for exploring all that Bruges has to offer. For those driving, the hotel does offer parking nearby, which is convenient. However, if you have a larger car, you may find the parking space a bit tight. Thankfully, I was able to find a local car park nearby without any trouble. Overall, Hotel Bourgoensch Hof continues to be my go-to place in Bruges, and I’m already hoping to stay again next year if possible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and centrally located hotel in this stunning city!

Omg this place is amazing! From the truly ancient structure to the proximity to all things Bruges. We couldn’t have had a more authentic experience unless we’d been ask to kill a small bear with our bare hands! Spring for the rooms in the basement. Your wi Dow opens onto the canal. The mid century modern decor surrounded by the 15th century brickwork and fireplace is incredible. We fed a swan from our window every evening. Don’t even get me started about the gorgeous private bathroom in the basement. Peaceful!! This place is worth every penny.

Nice hotel in Brugge historical center, near the main square and all touristic attractions. Spacious room but not many surface for luggage. Shower box was open and bath tub was a plus. Nice breakfast with nice view to canals. Lots of restaurants nearby.

When departing the elevator on floor zero and turning to the right, there is a small step up. The bottom of the step is recessed. My foot got caught in the recess and the top of the floor base. I was tripped up by my toes and fell to the floor.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Bruge. Our canal view room provided a beautiful view of the canal and terrace below. The manager was very helpful and pleasant. We opted for the breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. We will stay here again, for sure!
