Sadly the room was incredibly hot with no means to cool it down. There was a fan system but this circulated very muggy, dense air and was not air conditioned. We could not sleep properly due to this and hated chilling in our room - it was a sauna. Having a young baby with us made this a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. Our mattress was also on the soft side and offered limited support. if you book the hotel, contact them and ensure you get a ventilated, cooler room. Apart from this, it would have been great. Sadly we weren't so luck this time around

Room did not have an external window, only a window which overlooked the main hotel lobby and elevators which was odd. The room was far too hot, you couldn’t control the temperature and also the drains smelled awful. So much so that we could not leave the bathroom door open. It was disgusting. I don’t like to spend my vacations complaining and changing rooms so I didn’t. Really disappointing stay but the main lobby was lovely as were the staff. They need to sort the basics out, I’ve subsequently read other reviews reporting the same issues.

Loved this hotel so much. They were so nice. They are attached to a restaurant for breakfast. The bar is great and well stocked with a chic lobby. The room is clean and comfortable. Great walking distance to Brussels central station and Grand place. Would love to stay here again.

Great hotel. Staff was always super nice. Complimentary nespresso coffee is always a way to tell you “we like quality” and that’s what this hotel is all about. Near to everything, but mostly near to Bruxelles central train station. Would recommend and stay here again.

Really good place to stay. Nice lobby and reception area, staff always friendly and nearby. Rooms were ok but if you’re out and about in Brussels all day doing things, this is a cool place to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. They have free coffee/tea service downstairs, sparkling or still water for the room, and even a disco elevator. The rooms are on the small side, but on par for places we have stayed in Europe. I wish they had more storage for clothes. You can't beat the location, walkable to so many things, 5 minutes to Gare Central and Grand Place. The staff is welcoming and the place was always being cleaned. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel Hubert was a great hotel that was centrally located, near a lot of the top sites and less than 10 minute walk to Central train station. I was a solo traveler in a single room, but it had plenty of room for a week long stay. The bed was very comfortable, I slept great every night. Cute, trendy lobby that has food available in the evenings, drinks available for purchase and free nespresso coffee. I really appreciated the water fountains available on every floor near the elevators(still and sparkling). Housekeeping is by request only which I thought was a great eco option.
