The area around the hotel is undergoing construction, the position is away from the centre and has lots of homeless people sleeping in the rough. Would not recommend staying there for a few years until the area is cleaned up.

Nice hotel but needs cleaning g
Hotel was fine in itself but there is building works out the front which woke me up just after 6am both mornings which is ridiculous, these rooms shouldn’t be used when there’s builders outside. Also room wasn’t very clean as move a chair to use it and toenails fell off and were also on the carpet - pretty vile

Friendly staff and nice hotel - small bar and small fitness centre, but was enough as spent most time in Brussels. Location is handy for Eurostar terminal but not the greatest of areas (felt safe…but looks a bit dodgy) - short walk (15 mins) to Grand Place - loads of roadworks and disruption in Brussels, but didn’t trouble us

Wonderful hotel except for the construction
My son and I really enjoyed living in this hotel. The hotel felt like new and my room was very spacious. The only issues is the ongoing construction in front of the hotel. It will be hard to get a taxi close to the hotel. However, if you don't mind walking, that shouldn't be an issue. It is very quiet at night.

Perfect hotel for a weekend in Brussels.
One night stay in this hotel. Perfectly located for exploring the city. Super comfortable hotel, and lovely staff. We arrived about 11:30am and our room was ready for us so was great to be able to drop our bag and get comfortable before our day out exploring! 5 minute walk from the Eurostar terminal as well.
