Hotel is located at a convenient location close to a lot of must go attractions, room is a decent size in European standards, and staffs were super friendly. The room AC doesn’t seem to work that well but it was also not a super hot day at all. Will definitely recommend!

Hotellet ligger centralt og samtidig roligt. God morgenmadsbuffet. Sengen var lidt hård - det havde hjulpet med en topmadras. Ingen safety box, hvilket er ærgerligt. Air condition virkede, men ikke optimalt.

Not a great stay but great personnel.
Bathroom was super small to the point that it is hard to take a shower or use the toilet. Air conditioning didn’t work so we had to change rooms. The new room was a little bigger, the bathroom was great size but the AC still didn’t work properly. In both, the beds felt old and uncomfortable. But the people at the front desk were very nice, professional and helpful.

This hotel was very dirty, and I have pictures to prove it. There was even a dead cockroach in the bathroom, clearly this room was not previously cleaned. Also, our duvet cover had some brown stuff on it, I don't even want to know what that stain was, so we had to request for a clean one. There was no vent in the bathroom, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Just overall, this hotel is dirty, and gross but the pictures on line doesn't show any of that, of course.

The hotel was very convenient to the Grand Place, the train station, and tours! The staff was very helpful with directions and always pleasant. Enjoyed our stay!

Our room was very warm as air conditioning had not yet been turned on and if we left open the window it was too noisy. Bed though was very comfortable.The bathroom shelf was dusty but other than that room was clean. Breakfast was lovely with a very good selection. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
