The place is not in the best location. Lots of people in the back street that felt unsafe. Not the best neighborhood. The rooms look outdated (the sink and the shower cabin had a drainage issue), the internet doesn’t work in the rooms and the air conditioning is faulty.

Excellent hospitality for newcomers.
Jonathan checked us in, and really we would not have had such a nice day in Brussels without his attention and advice. He helped us check in and was very hospitable, showing us on a map where we should go for food, drinks and places of interest. He is excellent and provided exactly the hospitality we needed as newbies to the city. The room was standard, we felt the bed was too firm, though this is a preference.

Our actual room was great , but didn’t like the fact that I reserved this hotel around 2 months ago and I had agreed to pay at the hotel, when the hotel charged me they were asking for more than double the price i was not impressed !!! And when I asked for a taxi for the airport it was also double I therefore took an Uber. Nice hotel but robbery !! Would not recommend because of this !!!!!
