Absolutely Filthy Mould everywhere in shower, broken & loose tiles in bathroom, blinds broken in Lounge so light shone through the windows all night Nothing was as per instructions via check in email, spent an hr looking for one place to be told NO go to your apartment! NO WIFI complained to Smartflats and all I get was sorry, at check in expect a High Deposit to be paid then allow 7-10 days for a refund… avoid at all costs and expect NO HELP from Expedia

Excellent flat - large living areas but no hot water. When reporting it I got sent a you tube video about how to fix a boiler! They ordered a technician who never turned up so I had to demand a change of room. Eventually I go moved but to a location 30 minutes away. No assistance offered to relocate (ie taxi) and no compensation offered either. New place was nice but was tarnished by bad experience in first flat.

Upon first entry there was broken glass in the entry. We also found broken glass in the bathroom showing the lack of cleaning. The shower was leaking when we arrived so the bath mat was soaked. The shower was mouldy all through, we had to shower in sandals to feel safe. One of the 2 light fixture in the main room was broken and flickered so we couldn't use the main lights. The security door for the building didn't lock and was very hard to open. The apartment had no bin of any kind in the room, sanitary or otherwise. The sink in the bathroom (the only sink we had) was clogged and didn't drain.
I emailed these issues to smartflats and they replied asking for photos. I sent them through and got the response that this had been passed on to the "appropriate parties" after that no information about fixing these and no solution.we checked out today with all these items still an issue.

Todo comenzo con el cambio de lugar. Nos comentaron que nos hacian un "upgrade". La zona del nuevo apartamento estaba bien. Pero luego comenzaron los problemas. Primero no habia wifi. Luego se corto la luz. Habia bichos en la cama y las paredes. No habia luz en el pasillo ni la escalera. Vimos una rata en el piso de abajo. Nos mudaron a otro apartamento en el siguiente nivel. No andaba la calefaccion, la ducha funcioaba mal, no tenia cortinas y no andaba internet. Nos respondian del "servicio por chat" que nos iban a enviar a alguien para reparar los problemas y nunca llegaron. A la segunda noche decidimos volver al primer apartamento. Preferiamos los bichos que el frio. Matamos mas de 10 bichos y seguian apareciendo. Belgica en si fue demasiado lindo. Lo unico malo era volver al hotel a dormir, ahi se pasaba mal. Un desastre el servicio general de smartflats. Una verguenza. Y esto es solo un resumen

The communication with the staff at d main office is wonderful and the directions given to us were clear. It is near the Center so no problem with transport. The room itself is quite big, the bed is ok but will do with extra pillows i think, also the sink in the toilet was blocked and the door of the toilet is broken like half of one of the glass door panels is missing so you are visible from outside. The main entrance which is supposed to be coded wont lock, anyone can come in. Could probably do with electric fan too and mirror, mirror in d toilet was too high, we can only see our forehead lol. Its been addressed to main office so hopefully would be good next time.

Aspectos a mejorar
El apartamento en si esta muy bien, bien situado y espacioso. Mi mala nota es por tres detalles que considero importantes y que han marcado mi estància: 1- La cama. Son dos camas de 75 que tienen ruedas debajo y se separan cuando te acercas a la otra cama. Para ir en pareja fatal. 2- Una de las camas, el colchón estaba roto, por lo que me he despertado cada dos por tres pensando que me iba a caer. 3- Hace falta una cortina en la ventana del baño, ya que te pueden ver desde la ventana del rellano. 4- Si dejarán jabones la gente se lo agradecería. 5- He informado de los problemas y no ha habido ninguna solución. Espero que puedan corregir estos aspectos y a la próxima nadie los tenga que lamentar.un saludo

Localização nota mil! Grande e bem espaçoso, surpreende! S/elevador: tem mas é inoperante. A comunicação c/a administração até existe, mas é só, porque NÃO VÃO SOLUCIONAR O SEU PROBLEMA. Apesar da imensa chateação que passei, me hospedaria d novo pela localização excelente e o tamanho incrível do apartamento.

Instructions were not correct , we finally reach our apartement after 30 minutes of discussions with help desk.
Perdimos medio día buscando las llaves!!
NO nos avisaron que debíamos recoger las llaves en una dirección diferente a la indicada previamente al viaje.
Fuimos a Av. Lombard 47, siguiendo sus indicaciones, y allí no estaban las llaves.
Tuvimos que llamarles por teléfono y la persona que nos atendió no sabía nada y tampoco hablaba inglés ni español.
Nos dijo que las llaves se encontraban en Rue du Charbon 1, fuimos allí y no correspondía con un edificio de Smartflats...
Finalmente y tras 4 horas caminando de una dirección a otra con maletas....enviaron sms indicando que las llaves estaban en Rue du Charme du Charbon 1...
UN DESASTRE !!!!!!

En meget blandet oplevelse
Det er en blandet anmeldelse. For lejlighedens beliggenhed og rengøring var god. Men der var ødelagte møbler i lejligheden, intet lys i badeværelset overhovedet og meget larm om natten af smækkende døre overalt. Så hvis man har godt sovehjerte og bare skal brug en ren seng kan det gå. Jeg kommer ikke til at bo der igen.

las instrucciones recibidas en el mail eran confusas. la llave no estaba en el apartamento y tuve que salir a recogerlas a otra dirección en una ciudad desconocida en plena noche dejando a mis hijos solos en la puerta del edificio. La comunicación telefónica solo a través de whasts app porque no contestaban a las llamadas telefónicas

Everything was good, but water was flowing limited. Because of that it is thought taking shower.
Alojamiento con excelente ubicación, muy céntrico. Facilidad de acceso y tal cuál las fotografías, muy moderno y bonito.
Le falta un poco de limpieza profunda ya que el sofa si tenia olor a sucio y el area de acceso al apartamento.
