The property itself was very nice, as well as the decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was a short walk to a variety of tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. The only downside is the noice common to a city centre

The hotel has a good location, near all the city attractions, near the train station, thats why we booked this hotel The hotel/rooms are clean , but the air condition (climate control) in the rooms are not working properly. We call the front desk and told them that our room is so hot , they told us that someone is coming to check on it, after 30 minutes, still no one showed up. After 45 minutes, the front desk said that they will just control the air condition temperature from their office, in the first place, they should have done it. We are transfer twice, and still air condition is not working properly , the air condition was blowing warm air. Very very disappointiled with our stay, we would not come back to this hotel again and would not even recommend, waste of money.

Two criticisms that the service in the restaurant was poor. I was seating and waited 5 minutes and still no one came to take a drink order , so I left and didn’t return during my stay . Hotel breakfast was €30 if not pre booked and €22 if booked the night before, I wasn’t aware of until after I’d been charge €30 for a cup f coffee and a croissant.

The hotel stay was good, I didn’t wake up to any disturbances trash comes THURSDAY nights so be expecting noises as expected. Breakfast was GREAT. Get the breakfast and enjoy the morning Overall 4/5

A little tired and in need of attention. Room was very bare with little storage space. Staff were very good, but not enough of them. Roof bar looks like it was started well but has been given up on, the staff there seemed very inexperienced. Ok for a one night stay if you're passing through.
