House of the Rising Fun

A temperature of 22 degrees is set in the apartments. This can be reduced if necessary, but not increased. The use of electric fan heaters is prohibited. There is 1 bathroom and an additional WC (not complete bathroom). It is not allowed to decline the W-LAN Connection.

This light-flooded holiday home offers you plenty of space on 2 floors, a large terrace, its own garden and is only 10 minutes away from Legoland and the motorway.

​An oasis of well-being has been created on 110 square meters, in which up to 8 people can leave everyday life behind. After an eventful day, you can end the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace with a great view - your first row in the sunset cinema. The children can spray their last bit of strength in the play area or the large garden before saying goodbye and sliding into the land of dreams in the comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses.

There is also a large cinema with the flat-screen TV (satellite TV available). You can stay in touch with your loved ones via the free WiFi and let them participate in your holiday full of adventure.

If you enjoy cooking, this will be child's play in our fully equipped kitchen. From a 4-ring stove to a microwave to a coffee machine and kettle, everything is available to serve a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner. Save extra time in the morning with a second, separate toilet so that you can quickly start your next adventure again.

There is a bus stop and a grocery store opposite the holiday home. The city of Günzburg with its numerous shops is only 5 minutes away.

Familienwochenende mit 6 Personen und einem Baby
Das Haus war sauber und hell, allerdings durch die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße sehr laut. Bereits für 6 Personen ist die Küche mit Ausstattung zu klein (Platz und Größe der Töpfe). Der Außenbereich ist sehr lieblos gestaltet (Terrasse mit winzigem Tisch und keinem Schatten (z.B. Sonnenschirm oder Markise; Rasen bis zum Zaun ohne sonstige Bepflanzung,...). Für reine Übernachtung ist das Haus wahrscheinlich gut ausreichend, wenn man sich aber dort auch aufhalten will, nicht so toll

Super Ausgangspunkt für einen aufregenden Tag im LEGO Land. Grundversorgung in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gemütlich, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles da was zu einem entspannten Kurzurlaub benötigt wird.

Sauber, geräumig, sehr laut
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und super erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und war sehr sauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind hell und groß. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Spielteppich und der Wiese hinter dem Haus. Uns hat ein Toaster gefehlt und der Lärm durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße war leider sehr störend.

Hat alles prima geklappt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Corona-konformer Urlaub im Land. Die Gegend eignet sich perfekt für eher 2 als 1 Woche Urlaub. Wir hatten Räder ausgeliehen (Leipheim), waren schwimmen, birden, legolanden etc... Das Ferienhaus war top gepflegt, sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Zugunsten der Schlafgelegenheiten kein Wohnzimmer mit Wohnsofa, sondern nur die abgebildete Küche, die wegen des großen Tisches absolut ausgereicht hat. Kontakt mit Vermieter vorbildlich, dann auch per WhatsApp, so gut habe ich es in vielen Fewos noch nie empfunden! 1 x Zwischenreinigung nach Absprache (kennen wir gar nicht ;-) Einziges Sternchen Abzug die Straße. Das wussten wir aber. Bei morgendlichem Berufsverkehr Fenster zu, dann geht´s. Man gewöhnt sich dran. So viel befahren, dass man sie morgens zum Metzger gegenüber (verkauft auch Brötchen und auf Nachfrage sogar Milch) nur mit Problemen überqueren könnte, ist die Straße dann ja auch nicht :-) Fazit: Sehr gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung!
