Great stay and comforting hotel!
Great hotel for the price. More than I expected. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable king bed, brand new renovated bathroom/shower, strong wifi, couch and smart TV. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for the price point. The restaurant is delicious as well. This will be my go to hotel for visits to the city.

Overcharged and it came with a lousy breakfast
The staff at the front desk were pleasant to work with. My only complaints are the free breakfast was lousy and the pool was tiny. Management should seriously stop advertising free breakfast when the charge for an extra portion of protein. I’m closing the hotel charge me more than I was quoted by Orbitz when all fees/taxes were already charged by Orbitz. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful staff and good location
The hotel was great. The location is good and everyone working there was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning also was a plus on the hot nights. Room was very comfortable

You need t make sure that they give you a good room. When I first checked-in, the front desk staff gave me a room that was in terrible shape and the mattress smelled of urine. I was so upset with the room that I immediately demanded cancellation of my booking. The manager then gave me another room which was clean and very comfortable. It is important to let the administration know if you're not happy with your room. The staff doesn't speak any English so if you don't speak Spanish, it'll be difficult to communicate with the staff.
